At HAIR IS MY THERAPY LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have a specific return and refund policy to ensure the quality and hygiene of our hair extensions. Please review our policy below.


1. General Return Policy

• Eligibility: We accept returns on hair extensions only if the product is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Time Frame: All return requests must be submitted within [3] days of delivery.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Used, opened, or tampered hair extensions.

• Customized or special-order items.

• Clearance or final sale items.


2. How to Request a Return

Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send the product. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Refunds

• Inspection Process: Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at c.francois@hairismytherapy.com within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.


6. Additional Information

• Lost or Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.

• Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Please review this policy before making a purchase.
